The Coordinated Care Initiative (CCI) started in April 2014 and, at the time of this webinar, was underway in seven counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Mateo, and Santa Clara.
This webinar covered the consumer protections provided under the CCI and provided a detailed summary of what benefits will be provided by Cal MediConnect plans and a review of what long- term services and supports were being integrated into managed care.
