State Medicaid programs increasingly are moving their long-term services and supports programs to managed care. But the transition is not without its potential pitfalls for Medicaid beneficiaries and their advocates.

This webinar discussed how particular program policies may influence availability of services and the ability of consumers to access those services. The information presented will be of use to advocates from any state with a Medicaid managed care program, and addressed both individual and systemic advocacy strategies.
