Tye has been with Justice in Aging since 2024, leading finance and administration with a focus on efficiency and sustainability. Driven by a deep commitment to social justice and economic equity, Tye is excited about supporting the organization in these efforts. Her strategic oversight ensures the financial health of the organization, enabling the attorneys and management to pursue the mission with confidence.
Tye holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University with a concentration in Finance. Before joining the team, she held senior positions in the nonprofit sector at international and national organizations.
Outside of work, Tye enjoys spending time with her family. On the weekends, she can be found being the loudest cheerleader for her two active kids in their extracurricular activities and serving as a parent volunteer. When she has free time, Tye loves being near the ocean, relaxing, reading, and listening to the waves crash.
