Lauren Carden joined Justice in Aging in 2023 and focuses on strengthening the network of legal services delivery for older adults in California. Lauren’s work increases older adults’ access to legal aid by supporting the organizations providing direct services.

Lauren previously worked as a staff attorney and manager at Legal Services of Northern California and Law Foundation of Silicon Valley. She has experience with developing new programs and restructuring systems to improve the delivery of legal services. Lauren is a graduate of UC Davis School of Law and is admitted to the California bar. Lauren serves on the board of directors for the Legal Aid Association of California.
