Beza joined Justice in Aging's Communication team in 2024 and operates from the DC office. As a member of the Communications team, she focuses on enhancing the visibility of JIA's initiatives through social media and various publication platforms.
Prior to joining Justice in Aging, she honed her skills at her local Food Council, where she facilitated the dissemination of information regarding the County's food system and available assistance resources across various platforms. Her particular focus lay in establishing connections with hard-to-reach populations, ensuring equitable access to vital resources.
Beza holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Towson University. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cultures and cuisines through travel.
