The National Center on Law and Elder Rights (NCLER) is administered under contract with the Administration for Community Living’s Administration on Aging (ACL)

NCLER is a national legal resource center for legal services and the aging and disability networks, focused on the legal rights of older adults. Providing free webcasts, trainings, written materials, and case consultations, NCLER is a one-stop resource for a network of professionals across the country.

Justice in Aging is proud to work in partnership with the National Consumer Law Center and the ABA Commission on Law & Aging to provide a breadth of expertise to the NCLER network.
