New California Laws of Note that Take Effect in 2015 (12/29/2014) Justice in Aging’s Eric Carlson is quoted saying that a new California law requiring liability insurance for residential care facilities is “an important step to ensure justice for the vulnerable older persons living in residential care facilities for the elderly.”
