For 45 years we have used the power of law to fight senior poverty across the country. When the older adults in our communities lack access to healthcare or struggle for economic security, we deploy our cutting edge model of litigation and advocacy to stand with them and demand justice.

In our mission to fight senior poverty, we advance the interests of low-income seniors and people with disabilities with special focus on access to quality health care and economic security. Within that focus, our efforts are concentrated on populations that have traditionally lacked legal protection such as women, people of color, LGBT individuals, and people with limited English proficiency.
Justice in Aging is committed to respecting donor privacy. We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ personally identifiable information with any other entity. We will not send financial solicitations to our donors on behalf of other organizations.
