The Social Security Administration (SSA) has made many changes to its policies and procedures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These changes impact all areas of the agency – the local offices, each state’s Disability Determination Service, and the hearing offices. This webcast provides an overview of these changes, and offers suggestions for how advocates can interact with SSA during this unusual time.
