New Caregiver Wallet Cards from AARP
For California Caregivers: California’s new California Hospital & Family Caregiving Law requires California hospitals to record the name of the family caregiver when a loved one is admitted to the hospital and provide the caregiver with certain types of information in a culturally appropriate manner in a language that the patient and caregiver understand. AARP has created FREE printable wallet cards on the new law in English and Spanish. Access and download them here.
